Eight Influential factors for Small Pixel Pitch LED Screen

1:LED lamps:SMD1515,2020,3528 LED lamps are usually incorporated into High definition LED Screen more than P2.QFN packaging way is greatly recomemnded because no side direction welding for led pin and no light reflection within led welding zone for improving video effect.

2: PCB:With higher requirement of precision, 4 or even 6 layers PCB which are processed with tynier holes are put into practise under layer drilling technology instead of mechanical ways.

3:Tin Paste Printing technology: Much more or less tin paste and printing can affect welding quality of electronic components and PCB.Besides, PCB pad also plays an important role determining amount of tin paste stuck on PCB.

4:Surface mounting technology: Any slight offset of RGB Componets can easily influence LED Screen video uniformity effect.

5:Soldering reflow: A sudden temperature rise to soldering reflow will make electronic components on PCB vulnerable to offset under implanced wetting environment, which is same true if wind circulation is too fast.

 6:Cabinet consists of led modules and its smothness is determined by led modules and cabinet evenness. The pixel pitch between neighbouring led modules can measure cabinet smothness. Aluminum and die-casting cabinets are better considering cabinet gap.

7:LED Screen assembling:Generaly cabinet allowable error is unavoided but dim or bright lines easily surface if pixel interval between neibouring cabinets is too big or too small.

8:Control system card: Control system card can make up some issues such as adjusting brightness and color uniformity and dismiss dim or bright lines.
