 Dicolor's 1500㎡ LED displays are being installed in 72 churches in Brazil, and Dicolor's U-Smart rental series (U-471) are being widely used in India's high-end markets. Dicolor's U-471, a high-end rental series, was ordered by an Indian customer this March, and it was turned on for the first time in a famous hotel in India this April, and it was subsequently used in 19 different rental areas, including press conferences, business shows, badminton games, wedding ceremonies, automobile exhibitions, TV stations, and awarding ceremonies.

 Based on customer's specific requirements and application needs, Dicolor's U-471 adopted a Neutrik fast-connector, an MBI high refresh IC, and Taiwan Meanwell power supply so as to ensure high refresh rate, high gray scale and high definition. What's more, we have strict control policies when it comes to the quality of our originally purchased material and all production procedures.

Dicolor Set Up LED Displays in 72 Churches in Brazil

While the FIFA 2014 World Cup is in full swing, we have installed 72 LED displays in churches spread throughout Brazil.

Our P7.62 N-Series and P5 I-Magic LED displays have been manufactured to meet these churches special needs. We did not just offer them a product, we offered a solution. The project consists of 84 panels of LED displays, and covers an area of more than 1500 square meters, distributed in 72 churches, one in each city in Brazil.

 It all began in March this year. First we completed the installation and commissioning of 48 churches, and after receiving high praise for the quality of our products, we continued setting up 24 more LED displays in Brazilian churches. We are glad to have had the opportunity of using our LED display expertise to create this blend religious cuture and innovative display technology.

Some major LED Screen problems and solutions involved

1:Whole LED screendoesn’t work at all. Possible failure factors:Power isn’t available; Input signal is in the wrong direction;Positive and negative power supply terminals are inversely connected(IC can be damaged)

2: LED Panel don’t work but screen connection is normal. Making 4th and 5th pins of 74HC138 IC short-curcuited by soldering iron

3:There is one line not lighting among every 3 lines Possible leading factors:4953 IC damaged;

4:one line lighting but another line nearby not lighting Something wrong with A signal: Please check whether it’s not soldered well for 74HC245 or 74HC138,for which you can measure whether voltage of first pin of 74HC138 is 2.5V and just replace another IC if it’s true.

5:Lighting every two lines and not lighting every two lines Something wrong with 74HC245 and 74HC138 IC,for which solutions is to measure voltage second pins of 74HC138.

6: 4 LED lamps don’t work vertically Please check whether it’s cause by cold solder joint or replace 74HC595 IC.
